On line order policies

• You may return most merchandise within 30 days of original invoice date. (All paintballs sales are final. Breakage is insured in shipment. Please contact carrier immediately if damage is noted on parcel.) No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date you receive your order. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges and or costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages. Unopened and unused products returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturers packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts, accessories and all free items must be returned together with the purchased items in order to receive a refund. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Shipping charges and or cost are not refundable. Open or used products returned will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined upon receipt by PW Paintball usually 20-40%. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used extensively and or shows signs of wear and tear will not be accepted. We will notify you of what percentage that we will impose, then you will need to let us know if you want us to credit your account or return the item(s) to you at your cost.

  All paintball manufactures provide at least a 90-day (some offer 1 year) full parts and labor warranty on guns. Airsoft products some come with a 30 day manufactures warranty, Most do not come with a warranty.

  All purchasers of paintball markers or airsoft guns must be 18 years of age. Purchasers agree to abide to all local laws and regulations in their area. Purchasers are responsible for all importation taxes and duties imposed.

• It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from PW Paintball.
• Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

PW Paintball will not be held responsible for typographical errors. Airsoft guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange. It is the United States Federal Law!

All defective products must be repaired / replaced / exchanged / refunded by the manufacturer. We will not accept exchanges / returns on defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer. We do test all guns that we sell so you will not get a DOA (Dead On Arrival) gun. If you do not want the gun(s) open let us know and we will not test it.

When we test Paintball guns we check for leaks and that it fires correctly in all modes, AirSoft guns we check for leaks, that it will shoot a bb's, and it fires in all modes. We do NOT chronograph or shoot paintball out of any gun.

If you meet the conditions set forth above and wish to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:
1. First, email us at orders@pwpaintball.com and include your order number, and customer number. Tell us the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will e-mail you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We require a RMA number for all returns. Not following this procedure will delay your return.
2. PW Paintball will email you with a Return Authorization (RA) number usually within 48 hours Monday thru Friday.
3. Please write your authorization number on the outside of the box you are returning, next to your return address. Without a visible RA number on the outside of the return box, our receiving department will not accept the package, and it will be returned to you.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with merchandise being returned.

BUYER'S AGREEMENT

The buyer agrees to pay any and all collection and/or recovery costs if the buyer's credit card company refuses (for whatever reason) to pay the charges to PW Paintball.

The buyer represents that he or she is over the age of eighteen (18).

Shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product will be your responsibility of the purchaser.

Generally, we have everything in stock that is listed on our web site. Of course, there are those occasions when we may be out-of-stock on a particular item, we will notify you usually within 48 hours to find out if you want it back ordered or if you want a refund.
